Your Fitness Questions Answered

It’s that time of year and I know folks are getting confused as all get out (what the heck does “all get out” mean anyway?). For the next 2 months, you are going to be bombarded with a gazillion infommercials about the latest gadget that will give you six pack abs over the weekend.
Every gym is going to “almost” give you a fr.ee memb.ership (for a couple of weeks - read the fine print), only to try to get you to buy an expensive personal training package, a ton of supplements you probably don’t even need, and any and everything from their pro shop.
There are going to be tons of new fad diets created to set you up for failure, and set its creators up for a great vacation in the South of France…by the way, they won’t even be thankful enough to invite you, despite you being the reason they are going…lol….now that totally blows.
Also, I can’t forget the 15 DVD box set promising to whip you into shape in a month, and promising to have your body looking like the next chisled mutant in “X-Men 4: Ephedras Return!” To bad, once you buy these DVDs, you are watching them like an episode of “Lost” after the first 10 minutes of actually trying to do the Power Eddie’s 45 Kickboxayogalates Dumbbell Aerobics, your heart is beating your chest faster than the bass in hottest nightclub. Thus you sit, and say “Screw this $#^&, and screw you Eddie!
Now, don’t get me wrong. If these options get people off their toukus and exercising, I’m all for it. However, the only issue I have with most of these options I just mentioned is that they don’t answer one question…..what do “you” need?
All of these products, gadgets, magazine articles, books, etc. are very general at best, and do not address “your” needs…you know, the stay-at-home mom trying to lose those baby pounds, the 40 year old battling 20 years of diabetes, the person with limited hip mobility due to a fall 5 years ago, or the business exec who barely has time to use the restroom, let alone finding time to workout.
I’ve created a couple of ways to help you out. However, first I want you to send me your fitness questions. Email me and I will help you end some of this confusion.
