Dear New Years Resolutionairies:
It’s December 31. New Year’s Eve. And, honestly, I could care less about new years resolutions. In fact, I’m sure my fellow New Warriors feel the same way. Why, because we train hard all year round. We continuously put good, natural, living foods in our bodies, throughout the year. We take time to rejuvenate, rest, and recover between intense training days, so we reduce stress, throughout the year.
My fellow New Warriors and I could give a Rat’s….well,….you know, about all of the stupid fad diets, diet pills, infomercials, bodybuilding split routines preached about by the muscle heads at commercial gyms, so-called miracle end all-cure all fruit juice of the day, air-brushed celebrities on magazine covers pimping workouts and diets they don’t “really” do, nor the “as seen on tv” exercise equipment contraptions and DVDs, with their hired “fitness models,” who lie to us by saying they got those overly tanned, water depleted before the commercial shoot, six pack abs “solely” from some silly contraption or DVD.
We’re real people, with real lives, with real families, with real careers, and really have very little time in our day for your real b.s. We know you don’t really care about our health, as much as your care about out bank accounts. Thus, keep your suggestions and lies, touted to help us create and keep our resolutions.

We’d rather continue being the weirdos, who actually make time to get healthier and stronger each day. We’d rather continue being the hacks, who have the ba–s to know that being fit and healthy is something we work on, on a daily basis, and plan to do so, for the rest of our lives…and not just for 365 days.
We’re the nut jobs, who realize that if your diets, diet pills, acai or whatever South American berry juice of the month, exercise equipment, outdated bodybuilder routines and long steady-state cardio routines, where the only thing we need to be in the best shape of our lives, for the rest of our lives, then the obesity rate would not continue to grow, and the need for a “yearly” resolution to “get back in shape,” would not be warranted.
In conclusion, either stop your lying, false claims based on biased self-funded research, outdated training methods, or simple over-complication of just getting up and moving around and making smarter food choices, or simply stay the he– out of our way. We’re creating a real “lifestyle” here, playa (keyword: “life”), and your resolution suggestions, gimmicks, and lies are not wanted here.
In other words, take your New Years resolutions and “hit the bricks” and “get to steppin!”
Yours truly,
Sincere Hogan (The People’s Fit Coach) & my fellow New Warriors & Goddesses
