Her personal wellness journey began over 20 years ago. In her early teens, she tried her very first weight loss diet, beginning a 16-year cycle of yo-yo dieting before learning how to maintain her own healthy body weight.

Currently, Alicia is a Certified Health Counselor, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in New York City.

Some of her instructors include a who’s who in the world of holistic health, including: Dr. Walter Willet, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Elson Hass, Paul Pitchford, David Wolfe, Deepak Chopra, Debra Ford and Dr. Joseph Mercola.

Alicia runs a private practice in Houston, Texas, supporting clients from all over the country and the world. Her mission is to help people around the world transform their lives and become healthier and happier individuals.
